Her foster father, her trainer, a mentor and guide. Though they are not related by blood, she calls him Papa-which is a pretty big trust. She has not only been learning manners and proper speech in his house, but Italian, and the ways of the Assassin and their Creed. This has likely led to her being a bit more mellow then she was previously. If he leaves, she'll likely be lost for some time.

A courteous young man who takes a lot more then he should on his shoulders. He's prepared to make hard choices, she thinks-choices that shouldn't be made while they were in Anatole. The fact that he is in Monster House though has her settled down. She knows most of the Monster House residents in a off hand matter through Fai. It makes her breathe easier as...she does not see his heroics as heroic. Just reckless. But having Sakura around seems to keep him to stay put. Or at least, mostly. He tends to be the reckless sort that needs someone to watch his back-at least, that's what Miata believes.

Owner of a Noodle Shop, a courtous, chivalrous young woman who was not hard to befriend. She offered to help Miata learn to read. This was more or less handwaved; nonetheless, Miata keeps an eye on her. She trusts Utena can take care of herself, unlike most of the men.

There always seemed to be something...off about this man. He had come here before, just as she had been arriving. But they treated each other with courteous manners, and spoke to each other often in his native Italian. She is still learning, but it was coming to her bit by bit. Having nothing to be paranoid about while he was here, she was a little nervous as to his manner. She isn't used to adults treating her like he did off the bat.

It's very complicated. He was here, then back, here and back. Now he's back again, not as old as when they first met, nor as young as when they became foster siblings. She's skittish, mostly due to being scared of being hurt by his leaving again. That, and she doesn't know what has changed him in the interim, other than age. He does, however seem more inclined to spar in public-and they speak more and more often of the Brotherhood. Now that he is gone, she wants to take care of what items were left behind, as well as the house. Other then the memory tree, the items and the house were the only signs he was ever here.

A friend of Kotetsu's, Miata saw Daenery when she wasn't at her best-that is, in the middle of a sex session with her first husband. Thankfully, Miata being Miata, this did not alarm her in the slightest, but affirmed a curiousity. When they actually spoke, there were some awkward times-but that was amended as the conversation when along. Poor Daenerys joined the ranks of 'those Miata takes about sex with'. But thankfully, the Queen of Dragons has a good sense of humor. She even tried to tease Miata right back about her own romantic life, or lack thereof.

Kotetsu's young troubled partner. He showed up a few months after 'Wild Tiger' came around, and seemed helpful, if standoffish. But she wormed her way into Barnaby's affections-sort of. He's still not inclined to trust anyone other then his partner but, they did fall asleep on the grass together. And she got him not to pretend smile. She hated that. With people of their worlds coming and going as they do, they can at least rely on each other for a kind of emotional support.

Priscilla.

With them, it's a tug and pull, depending on various events. Miata will come forward, being friendly, then back off. If not hostile, then weary. It partially has to do with the events in their world, but it also has to do with the fact of Isley, the Alliance, and how Priscilla is involved with a lot of people within Anatole.

Mio usually can't take Miata's blunt honesty or observation. But sometimes, they're able to be civil. It depends on the topic in question. They had an on again, off again, with many misunderstandings. They were similar young women, but they both had their problems.

She was honest with you, and you go around blabbing to Isley? Dick move Snape. Dick move. They've gotten past it, and Snape takes to Miata when she has questions-though often, she feels foolish asking him, of all people.

She hates how Kotetsu breaks his promises to relax, and his martyrdom of sorts. She's starting to suspect something is seriously wrong. (Since, of course, only little girls with big swords are allowed to be damaged). They're protective of each other though, much like family or comrades would be. It may or may not be healthy, depending on who you ask. They had a misunderstanding, as he thought she believed him weak. But in reality, she just wanted to protect him. They're all right now, more or less.

They're affectionite with each other-though Miata withdrew from Kurogane when she realized he had been a former mass killer. But when the killer known as Lunatic burnt him to death, Miata became angry and upset. Only when he came back did she apologize for her anger. But they've lost what affection they had before the Broadcast Mind.

She didn't know what a king or a prince was before she came here. But obviously, it's something important. She respected Arthur, and treated him well when they met in person or on the Forge; he obviously knew what he was doing.

With Ax, as she calls him, it's a very sweet,almost naive friendship between two yougins. They support each other when the other is not doing so well; they look out for what problems may arise. And yet...these two are more physically affectionite (i.e hand touching, touches for attention, work safe stuff) than they are with other people in their age group. True, he's an alien and she's half yoma, but that wouldn't stop things from becoming more. There is however Ax's crush on Verity, and Miata's feelings for Michael.

It started out so simple really. It was all about the sword, the practice, exploring and making trouble. But then things just got complicated. During the kumhimo event, Miata had been replaced by a creature that...well, wanted to devour human hearts, and tried to charm others. Michael, believing that this was the true Miata-that she was merely a flirt-got all in a huff, until Miata literally pounced on him from the roof tops. They were able to make up from there, but...things have been different. Not bad or good. Just complicated. Miata has been getting strange feelings when she talks or sees Michael, but she hasn't told him. People know of her feelings for someone, but it's unknown as to who.

And then she died, as result of beheading to stop from becoming a Hell Cat herself. He didn't take it very well, and threatened Sophia with a death threat. Miata is aware of this of course. And with her feelings towards Michael, it's just very, very complicated and confused.

Love and other feelings with an angel. It's complicated.

Miata is one of the few people who tends to get Ciel off guard. Being of the same age group, but with such different backgrounds, it's no wonder that each is somewhat bemused by the other. Sometimes, Miata likes to lightly tease him, as he takes himself so seriously. But, she does like him as a person, and given the chance, would spend more time in his company.
Why yes Ciel. She got the flowers, and she liked them. She just didn't know what to do with them. Clinc get well presents, yeesh.

One of the more complicated relationships she has. She fears and respects him, despises and values him, quite rude towards him but can be courtous-for her at least. It's not easy for her; she has been pretty much triggered to kill yoma and awakened on sight. While she is quite sure she could take out Rigaldo if she had to, Isley is a monster the Scorched need. But, as she told Snape, it's not just the power she recognizes in him. The most dangerous is that he thinks. Forget the twins; he and others within the Scorched Community might as well be in charge. But with two other Abyssals in the city, she rather he was around, rather than try to take him out herself.

Unless, of course, he was to slip and be found eating human flesh. Then there would be some shit hitting the fan. Majorly.
